The Fairmont Area Chamber of Commerce consists of 3 staff employees and 13 board of directors.
Annual events include: Annual meeting and banquet, Area Career Exploration, Chamber Golf Outing, 4th of July Boat Parade, Blue Ribbon Pork Cook-off, Pork Master Golf Outing, Sip & Shop and the Glows Parade/Santa Fly-in. Monthly networking Agri- Business and Bureau 14 meetings.
We send a member email each Monday, Ambassadors meet monthly, we offer the Chamber Bucks program, Martin County Leadership, Junior Achievement in the schools and host the candidate forums in election years. We insert a monthly newsletter in the Sentinel, produce the fold out City of Fairmont/Martin County map and the Fairmont Area Life guide.
