The Fairmont Area Chamber of Commerce, CareerForce (Fairmont), and Fairmont Economic Development Authority (FEDA) have joined together once again to host a human resource seminar. In this morning workshop, instructor Crystal Hanson of South Creek HR will help you to understand how to appropriately manage employee performance and to properly address issues as they arise.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Managing employee performance seems like a simple concept, but it’s not that easy. You know you need to document issues and provide feedback, but how exactly? This workshop will demystify how to give feedback that improves performance and best practices for how to document those matters. The workshop will also provide tips on how supervisors can create a more positive workplace culture simply by the feedback they provide (psst… and these things don’t cost a lot of money or take much time).
